What to Wear
Wear clothing you can easily move around in.
Yoga and PiYo classes are done barefoot and do not require footwear.
Boot Camp and Zumba do require sneakers. Please bring indoor only shoes to wear in the Studio.
what to Bring
Please bring your own yoga mat, water and towel.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to sign up and settle in on your mat.
Please be sure to silence your cell phone prior to class.
Let your instructor know if you have any injuries or limitations so they can work with you on options and modifications.
Rest if you need to during class. It's normal to feel a bit uncomfortable the first few classes, so go at your own pace.
Kids 6-13 yrs are welcome to yoga classes with a paying adult (limit 2 kids per one adult). Please discuss the appropriate behavior for being in the studio with your children before coming to class. If they are disruptive we ask that you both leave, have a discussion and then try again at a later date.
Teens 14-17 yrs $5/class
14/15 yrs we ask that adult accompany them for the first three classes. After that the student, parent and instructor can discuss the student attending on their own.
7th grade and up for Bootcamp and Circuit Fitness classes.
